Happy Friday, Basehor! We are very excited to share that the 155th Street roundabout is open ahead of schedule!
Motorists can now successfully travel every direction, except southbound on 155th Street from Parallel.

In the last few weeks our maintenance crew finished flow testing fire hydrants.
We do preventive maintenance on all of our fire hydrants yearly. A portion of our fire hydrants are flow tested each year. We do this to determine the amount of water available for emergencies and share this information with the fire department.
Fun Fact: We have over 500 fire hydrants.
